Hello, my name is Dr. Schubert and I’m a clinical psychologist with 45 years of experience. For the past 37 years, I have been in full-time private practice, helping individuals from all walks of life navigate their personal challenges. My approach integrates the most effective Western psychotherapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), alongside Eastern spiritual practices.
