Each person faces issues unique to their life and while my training and education are integrative and rooted in specific evidence-based practices I understand that each client is unique and requires a tailored approach. I have my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and am a nationally certified counselor. I have experience and knowledge in issues ranging from trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and grief. I help clients develop strategies to encourage emotional well-being, explore attachment, and break old patterns of behavior that cause impairment in their daily functioning.
Each client is expert in their experience and is significant on their path to healing with self-love, and compassion. Counseling is setting a course towards wellness and making choices to live authentically. Wellness is a journey and as therapists we walk with clients on their path to self-awareness.
