Being in practice for the past 40 years has provided me extensive experience with a broad array of people with various life problems. My practice is composed of people that are experiencing everyday issues just as we all do at times. I work with depression, anxiety problems, divorce, relationship issues, life stress, addiction and marital, individual and family counseling issues.
My practice focus is individual therapy, however, I do a fair amount of marital and relationship therapy as well. I see people from young adulthood to seniors. I work closely with several psychiatrists if medications become necessary.
I have been an adjunct professor of psychology at a local college for the past 31 years which offers me a balance to my life and clinical approach.
My approach is a real-world solutions perspective and I am dedicated to the truth and straight forwardness.
