Anxiety, trauma (PTSD), depression, ADHD, relationship issues, grief and loss, and coping with unexpected changes can be difficult to deal with. I offer nine years of experience treating these issues. I provide therapeutic partnership and guidance along your journey. My goals are to provide you with the answers, tools, and strategies to empower you to manage difficult challenges. I currently offer individual therapy.
Trauma informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, crisis intervention model, behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, systems therapy, and stages of change model, are all treatments in my practice of therapy.
