I provide counseling services to adults in many area topics including but not limited to depression, anxiety, addiction, anger management, social skills development and stress management. I also utilize various psychotherapeutic approaches to wellness as individuals present with unique dispositions that require sensitivity, flexibility and creativity when addressing internal and/or external challenges.
I am conveniently located in downtown Jersey City, three blocks from the Grove Street Path Station and diagonally across the street from City Hall. The office is also readily accessible to public transportation.
