I enjoy working with adults to help them develop understanding and perspective to deal more effectively with the issues, dilemmas and stressors of modern life including anxiety, depression, chemical dependency, and the unresolved issues of traumas and grief. I am licensed in the states of California and Oregon and am providing Telehealth /Video sessions in both locations.
My experience and expertise include the use a variety of modalities and tools which have helped my clients increase their awareness and coping skills in the areas of chemical dependency/recovery, codependency/recovery, stage of life and relational conflicts, issues of spirituality, sexuality and trauma. Also certified in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy.
Graduate training includes an MA in Counseling Psychology w emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Training and certification in EMDR, meditation mindfulness based practices and other somatic psychotherapies as well as psychedelic assisted therapy. I am also a longtime student of the Ridhwan School/Diamonnd Approach
