About
Are you stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns? Are you coping with the stress of life in destructive ways- by bottling up your feelings or acting out through addiction or in toxic relationships? You do not have to struggle alone. During the different stages of our lives, our relationships, and our family life cycle, we can get stuck in certain places. As your therapist we would work together to help you find what you need so that you can move through these stuck places, experience healthier relationships, find hope and be free from destructive behaviors.
Ultimately, my goal and hope is that you discover love, freedom and joy. I'm best suited to treat relationship problems, depression, father wounds, men with sexual addiction and grief/loss issues. I am also a CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist) & CMAT (Multiple Addicitons) working with individuals and couples to restore their lives and relationships.
I am a second generation Asian-American raised in Southern California. I understand the issues that can come up from the merging of different cultures. Pornography Addiction Recovery Men's Group
This Men's therapy group is a place for you to gain support and accountability from other men dealing with porn addiction. You will learn tools so that you can experience healthier relationships, find hope and freedom. You will also learn where you are on the map of recovery, how pornography addiction works, techniques for stopping behaviors and how to focus more on life-giving activities in a supportive group environment.
Men's Sex Addiction Group: Facing the Shadow
Are you trying to break free of compulsive sexual behaviors? Recovery from sex addiction involves being honest, accountable, and seen by men that speak a similar language. In the group, members learn specific tools to contain and eliminate their problematic behavior(s) in a safe, supportive environment, while simultaneously growing in intimacy with other group members. Clients can use these groups to restore sexual health, intimacy and integrity in their lives. The group is facilitated by Don Diva, Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT).
