I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have a wide range of experience throughout Mental Health. These experiences have allowed me to serve many populations in a variety of settings, and b/c of this, my preferred approach to Therapy is a mixture of traditional forms of talk therapy and holistic mindfulness practices. My approach in therapy will assist in helping you gain true insight into how your experiences contribute to your behaviors, thoughts, and emotions, and how they show up in your life.
My ability to apply life experiences, skills training, and education allows me to be relatable and adaptable, which are my biggest strengths. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, an EMDR Therapist, and a Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Professional, and my skills surround working with women who struggle with self-confidence, anxiety, and trauma.
Sometimes you just need some therapeutic guidance to navigate through life experiences. I enjoy working with individuals who come in with an open mind to the possibility that they can be the best version of themselves by taking this step towards healing.
