Alongside guided self-exploration and psychoeducation of coping skills, I integrate person-centered, reality therapy, CBT, DBT, solution-focused interventions, and emotional regulation strategies to enhance clients' self-esteem, help them better manage their emotions, and find the balance that significantly improves the quality of their lives.
I view my clients holistically, understanding detractors to self-esteem, worth, confidence, and the impact of trauma or disordered attachment on mental health, which can manifest throughout the lifespan as anxiety, depression, anger, mood or psychiatric disorders.
