I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, with a special passion for supporting first responders, healthcare workers, and other helping professionals. I understand the unique pressures that come with serving others and the impact those stressors can have on mental health and relationships.
My training in EMDR and Attachment Theory allows me to see life's issues through the lens of trauma. I will be by your side as we investigate the root cause of life's struggles. My foundational training in DBT gives me the knowledge to teach you skills for symptom management along the way.
I believe in the power of showing up as your authentic self. Life is messy and when we take the time to sort through that mess, we can find the beauty in our vulnerability. In my opinion, Albus Dumbledore said it best: "Understanding is the first step to acceptance, and only with acceptance can there be recovery."
