I believe change can be easy! It doesn't have to be difficult or unnerving. My objective is to assist and educate individuals struggling with mood disorders such as anxiety/ depression, trauma (PTSD) and interpersonal challenges. Trust yourself enough to try something different to reach the transformation you're seeking.
My specialty is facilitated by using CBT and psychotherapy. In my experience these therapies allow the individual the opportunity to first identify their issues and ultimately change their response, behaviors, or perceptions of their challenges.
I am committed to working with individuals who are seeking to identify their strengths, discover skills to accomplish goals or recover from life challenges. My mission is to create a safe virtual environment that encourages self-exploration, growth, and positive change.
