I have over five years of experience and use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can develop the skills and strategies they need to overcome adversity and live fulfilling lives.
