I offer individual therapy for adolescents, young adults and Millennials. I take a client-based approach to help create an individualized plan for your situation that feels best for you. I specialize in CBT and IFS treating a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, ADHD, parenting stress, and interpersonal difficulties.
I believe the therapeutic alliance is the most important part of treatment and I will collaborate with you throughout the process in finding a treatment that works best for you. I know how difficult the therapeutic process can be and I am here to help support your growth every step of the way to help you reach your goals, and bring hope and joy back to you.
