I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I am compassionate, relatable, and genuinely interested in getting to know whomever I have the honor of working with. I pull from a variety of theoretical models to curate the most appropriate treatment for the person sitting in the virtual seat across the screen. My priority is to create a safe space for self-exploration and growth.
Collaboratively, we can identify your goals and the steps to accomplishing them. When appropriate, I encourage action-planning outside of our sessions to put what we discuss into practice. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated and ready to begin the journey of healing.
