I believe that many mental health challenges stem from unresolved emotions and unprocessed experiences. Often, clients have not had the opportunity to explore these experiences in a safe, supportive space. In response, they may develop coping strategies that, while initially adaptive, can become counterproductive over time. My therapeutic approach provides clients with the opportunity to identify, express, and reintegrate parts of themselves they may have disconnected from. This process is approached with care, gradual pacing, and unwavering support to ensure clients feel safe and empowered throughout their healing journey.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients heal. My approach fosters a safe, collaborative space to process trauma, build emotional regulation, and explore inner dynamics. I tailor therapy to empower clients toward self-compassion, resilience, and meaningful change.

This virtual therapy group is designed for adults (18+) who want to build emotional resilience, improve their relationships, and regain a sense of inner balance. Grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training, this group will teach you practical tools for managing intense emotions, increasing self-awareness, and improving day-to-day functioning. Each session includes mindfulness, psychoeducation, real-world coping strategies, and supportive connection with others who get it. We create a warm, inclusive, trauma-informed space where all identities are welcomed and affirmed.
