As an African American woman who grew up in Washington, DC, I understand how environmental and societal factors play a major role in a person’s life. Our experiences help shape while while simultaneously molding our way of thinking and ultimately determine how we show up in the world. My practice is focused and centered around helping African American women.
Over the last several years, I have used my life experiences and education to help support African American women and families journey through life on their terms with increased confidence, boundaries, and skills to manage their personal challenges.
