I’m sure searching for adequate mental health support can be challenging. I am glad your search brought you here. I offer services to a range of populations from adolescence to late adulthood. These services include individual, couple, and family therapy for individuals looking to improve their emotional health, mood, and improve communication and relationships. My approach pulls from a variety of therapy techniques, integrative of cognitive-behavioral and humanistic theories. Through collaboration, I aim to work with you to create a space and treatment plan that works with and for you.
Through establishing a therapeutic relationship I aid you in challenging and improving thoughts & actions. We will work to address the whole person using various methods like talk therapy, meditation, yoga, etc. As a yoga teacher I specialize in trauma-conscious yoga to focus on the body's reactions and address the presence of pain within the body.
I am passionate about helping clients tap into their inner strengths and experience more fulfillment in their lives. Within a trusting environment, I hope to guide and support you to navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, adjustment issues, grief, trauma, ADHD, and I/DD.
