I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado. I graduated from the University of Valley Forge with a BSW in 2011 and from Edinboro University with an MSW in 2016. I enjoy working with adult individuals and couples toward their goals. My main goal in therapy is to support and work toward the goals identified by the client(s).
My therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma-informed, person-centered, and social justice-focused. I utilize psychodynamic methods with complementary techniques such as Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and other therapeutic approaches.
Each person has been shaped by their unique history, culture, and society. Together we can unpack the stories that have been created that often are simple and incomplete to work toward better alignment with who you are and where you want to go. Every person is an experience and will be treated as such in the space we build together.
