My hope is that if you're feeling disappointed, overwhelmed or just want to work towards your goals and refocus, we address that together. Therapy can seem overwhelming, but I believe that everyone should have a non-biased person to work out their challenges with that can't and won't talk to anyone else in their circle about those challenges. Imagine how much easier things would be if everyone had a therapist!
As you may be able to see, I love using humor (good or bad) to help break the ice, and want to develop a trusting relationship that allows you to feel comfortable exploring the areas in which you may need more support. This looks different for everyone, we may explore relationships, self-esteem or future goals. It's all driven by you!
