Welcome! I am Dr. Dominique Phinn, LMSW, dedicated to supporting Black mothers, women of color, and couples through motherhood, perinatal mental health, family planning, and infertility. I understand the systemic barriers and unique challenges faced during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Whether navigating motherhood or infertility, I provide compassionate support, addressing racial disparities and mental health struggles with culturally responsive care. Together, we can explore options, make decisions, and manage the emotional impact with understanding and advocacy.
My practice provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed care centered on your experiences. Services include perinatal mental health support, infertility counseling, couples therapy, birth trauma recovery, and culturally attuned care for Black women and women of color navigating maternal and mental health challenges.
I understand how overwhelming this journey can be. Whether facing infertility, navigating motherhood, or healing from birth trauma, you don’t have to do it alone.
