Many people come to therapy carrying things they’ve held together for far too long; grief, trauma, anxiety, family stress, emotional overwhelm, or simply the exhaustion of trying to navigate life while feeling stuck. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating grief/loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, and PTSD. My own journey through life’s ups and downs has taught me the power of resilience, and I’m honored to create a safe, supportive space for others to bloom through adversity while building confidence, coping skills, and emotional healing.

I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and play-based techniques to help clients process challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
