About
Telehealth Therapy Only- It's a difficult task finding a therapist that you think will be able to understand and meet you where you are. That is why I use a client centered approach, with a focus on holistic faith-based Christian counseling, tailored with evidenced based approaches around your specific wants and needs. I am extremely passionate about Mental Health and desire to support individuals who are committed to improving their lives. I believe counseling is a partnership to help you heal, change, and grow. This partnership is built on mutual trust and respect.
I specialize in adults, couples, families, postpartum and perinatal concerns. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Mindfulness Based Interventions rooted in Biblical principals. I aim to empower clients through life challenges including life-transitions, anxiety, depression and relationship/marital issues.
Through my private practice, Renewed Journey, LLC., I provide virtual clinical individual, family and couples counseling (via Telehealth technology) with a focus on holistic faith-based Christian counseling.
