I hold a PhD from Smith College School for Social Work and have over 18 years of psychotherapeutic experience. I am trained in psychodynamic approaches that cultivate sustained change. Healing happens through relationship with others, with the therapist as an active participant in that healing process. Individual psychotherapy is offered to address problems of living, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and trauma.
