I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 5 years of experience working with a variety of populations, including adults, children/adolescents, and geriatric clients. I provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling. I have also worked with clients who face challenges such as drug/alcohol addiction, depression, anxiety, family/relationship issues, anger problems, communication difficulties, and severe mental health disorders like schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
I earned my Master of Science (MS) in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and rational-emotive counseling.
