I take a holistic treatment approach which is rooted in person-centered therapy and incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), family systems, philosophy, and mindfulness. My goal is to help clients identify areas of their lives where they would like to experience change and then work with them to take the steps to achieve that change.
My personal experiences as a spouse, parent, sibling, and friend have afforded me many opportunities to learn from others and be better able to understand the needs of my clients.
