I have been practicing since 1993 treating emotional eating, eating disorders, relationship issues, and early childhood trauma and neglect. Getting unstuck from long term, entrenched ways of living can be difficult. I have found that addressing the patterns and thoughts as well as healing the deeper, underlying issues helps people find more lasting change.
The trust and safety of the therapeutic relationship allows for healing of very deep and personal experiences, and allows you to discover your most authentic self.
