I draw from a number of modalities including relational, emotion-focused, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and dialectical behavioral. I treat a wide variety of issues ranging from major life transitions, self-esteem issues, boundary work, generalized anxiety, depression, relationship/marital issues, attachment work and childhood healing.
