You may have been told you're wrong, strange, stupid, immature, selfish, etc. since you can first remember. You may feel you're too needy, high-maintenance, or [messed]-up compared to others around you. I see you. I'm all about breaking out of "the normal trap" & how you "should be living." Making decisions based on what matters to YOU allows you to live your best life. I aim to meaningfully engage you in the present vs. staying caught up & struggling with those same old hurts & habits. I love combining pop/nerd culture to help create coping skills you'll want to use!
