I work with primarily preteens, adolescents, and adults. My main focus of treatment is working with clients who are struggling with emotional issues, whether they are situational or due to a diagnosed mood and/or personality disorder. Additionally, I specialize in treating clients who have both emotional issues and substance abuse problems. I have worked in the mental health and addictions field for the past 20 years and feel that most substance abuse issues are the symptom of an underlying emotional problem. Music therapy is a modality I offer to clients who may struggle with traditional "talk therapy".

I have over 14 years of experience working in the human services fields. I am Certified in Sexual Abuse Trauma by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. I am EMDR trained and provide intensive EMDR sessions. I combine my knowledge of trauma and EMDR.
