Therapy is hard work, whether you are struggling with daily life, relationships, or wounds that have been impacting you for years. I hope to help you to find purpose in the struggle, and to find your best self in the healing.
I am specialized in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trauma therapy with a focus on complex and chronic trauma. I also work with cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies to improve resources to help better manage mood and intrusive thoughts. Often times these modalities will be used together to help aid in complex diagnoses.
