I am a goal-focused therapist. I utilize several treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and other proven therapy models. I have experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Marriage/Relationship issues, Addiction, and many other issues.
