I maintain an online telemental health counseling practice and I use mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Among my areas of expertise are groups, stress, trauma, and women's issues. Throughout my career, I've been recognized for my approachable nature, fostering open dialogue with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a range of challenges.
