Starting the healing journey was a very difficult process, however, in identifying a great support system and seeking therapeutic services on my own I was able to experience tremendous growth and change. I am eclectic in my therapeutic approach and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Play Therapy Techniques, Integrative Gestalt Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and psycho-education to individuals ages two and up.

As a mom of four and former high school teacher, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a therapist.
