Having fallen prey to a narcissist myself, it is my passion to educate others on identifying this crippling, yet often insidious form of emotional abuse. Many well-meaning therapists are unaware of this dynamic and can cause more harm than help to people with NVS, including misdiagnoses that can be very hurtful.
