I am passionate about providing quality mental health treatment to individuals, couples, and families using a trauma informed approach. I have found in my clinical experience that many sources of wounding, disconnect, and suffering in relationships are connected to attachment injuries and trauma. Such experiences can leave us feeling anxious, confused, angry, stuck, and isolated. My belief is that therapy is a an important tool to regaining as well as reclaiming meaning and purpose in our lives.

I have spent most of my time in the social work field working with children in the foster care system. I have seen the highs and the lows that come from those children in foster care and broken homes. I have worked hard to do all I can to help them feel safe in secure in their living environments. I enjoy working with both children and their parents to heal and become a better family unit. I also have experience in working with those who are on hospice and nearing the end of life, and helping families through the grieving process.

My name is Jessica Stone. I have Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Bachelor of Science in human services. I then obtained my master’s degree in Dance Movement Therapy and Counseling from Antioch University New England. I am a Board Certified-Dance Movement Therapist.
