I specialize in complex trauma, including chronic pain issues, insomnia, anxiety and depression. In working with individuals, I use a body-centered psychotherapy approach, integrating different modalities, multicultural sensitivities and knowledge-based research. I teach nationally and internationally and provide counseling in Catalan, Spanish and English.
