I view the clients I serve as experts in their own life and create a safe space for personal exploration in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. I see the therapeutic relationship as the vehicle for change and healing.
I utilize my ongoing consultation and trainings in interpersonal neurobiology, attachment science and psychodynamic psychotherapy to help guide my work in collaboration with the client. My work is warm, engaging, open, and sometimes may feel challenging, but is always centered on the client.
