I work closely with couples/individuals in various modalities - behavior modification, self-psychology, supportive counseling, etc. Once individuals overcome their resistance to the process, they grow individually and as a couple.
I work in helping individuals learn what "trigger" points are when getting angry and how to reduce that through stress reduction/relaxation techniques.
