About
I have always had a heart for children, especially those who are struggling. I believe that the mental health of children is of utmost importance as the experiences they have at a young age shape who they become as teenagers and, ultimately, adults. While counseling can be a serious matter for children, I believe in the importance of providing relaxed and enjoyable child-focused sessions. My therapy is centered around fun, play-based activities that help foster an environment which feels safe, inviting, and engaging for children.
In my practice, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also incorporate aspects of other theories including Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I would love to assist your child in their personal growth and development. I look forward to meeting with you!
