Hello! My name is Kristin Dolph. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision designation specializing in trauma and wellness. I provide therapeutic services to a wide variety of emotional and mental health needs for adults, adolescents, children, and couples. My passion is to help my clients in becoming the best version of themselves. I strive to help all my clients by providing a safe and therapeutic environment filled with compassion and acceptance for optimal growth.
I believe in a holistic and wellness-based approach to my counseling practice. I enjoy helping clients of all ages see the connection between their emotions and physical sensations with awareness and acceptance. I am level-1 IFS-trained (IFSI), EMDR-trained (EMDRIA), and DBT-certified. I specialize in treating interpersonal trauma.
