Hello and welcome. My training at the Yale Child Study Center allowed me to gain invaluable experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Seeking assistance during difficult times is no easy task and acknowledging that we need help is the most difficult first step. Life is not always easy. I find working with parents, children and adolescents, and working professionals to be very rewarding as we work together during your process of change. It brings me such gratitude to be a part of your healing process as we work on life transitions, trauma, stress, anxiety, or depression.
