My name is Dolores P. Cuevas, LMFT Associate, supervised by Julia M Wesley, MS, LMFT-S. I help individuals and families of children with different needs find resilience. Using CBT, IFS, DBT and mindfulness we will build coping strategies together to address feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, and caretaker burnout.
