Grief Support Group

The group provides education and support to adult men and women, who have experienced the death of a loved one. The focus is on developing an understanding and acceptance of the grief process from a biblical frame of reference. The group seeks to minimize the uncertainty of the grief process, and encourage the participants to "lean into their grief", instead of avoiding and numbing the emotions related to the feelings of grief.
