As a holistic all-inclusive therapist, I integrate various treatment modalities including CBT. I am deeply trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming. I specialize in treating individuals with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and relationship issues; and enjoy working with LGBTQIA+, creatives, and those who work in nursing, teaching and counseling.
