For over 10 years, I have been working with women to process trauma, establish goals, and accomplish their dreams. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to uncover your strengths and navigate through life's challenges.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Social Work, specializing in Mental Health. My areas of expertise include anger management, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. Currently, I am providing telehealth services via live chat and/or video sessions and will move toward in-person sessions in the near future.
