My goal of working with you is to assist you in navigating difficulties, issues, and problems within your life that you would like to address in a supportive and empathic manner. I work specifically with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I treat clients for an array of quality of life issues including: depression, anxiety, work related stress, grief and loss, and family conflict. Further, I am here to create a safe space to work on past trauma and other issues that are impacting your life. I believe that you know yourself better than anyone and I am here to listen and to join you on this journey.
I have worked with a wide array of issues during the past ten years. I specialize in different types of trauma including but not limited to: severe accidents, sexual abuse, physical abuse, work incidents, gun violence, and Covid-19 issues. I have worked in community mental health, schools, private practice, and the psychiatric ER -before & during Covid-19.
The lens in which I practice focuses on encouraging and practicing authenticity, assisting clients through the process of vulnerability, developing healthy communication, embracing connection, and exploring coping strategies for various quality of life issues.
