​I believe that "doing well" is more than just a lack of symptoms—it is the active pursuit of a life that feels balanced, intentional, and resilient. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals who are ready to move past feeling stuck and start moving toward a more integrated version of themselves
​In our sessions, I blend evidence-based modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My goal is to help you understand the different "parts" of your internal world while giving you the practical, cognitive tools to manage anxiety and life transitions in the external world. I view therapy as a partnership.
​I bring a "whole-person" philosophy to the therapy room. Outside of my clinical practice, I am an endurance run/jogger, a gardener, and a believer in the power of structured habits. I understand that mental health doesn't exist in a vacuum.
