Hi, my name is Deborah and I believe that we all go through ups and downs and difficulties in life. I'm eclectic when using different models dealing with different issues, but have found that focusing on cognitive changes, behavioral strategies, and support are highly effective. Empathy is extremely necessary because we all have challenges and none of us is immune to having to deal with things in our lives that we feel we need to focus on and make work.
We all want a whole life where we can feel secure, safe, happy, productive, and at peace with ourselves. This helps us make the best choices for the future that we want to shape.
