I work with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and white folx of all genders who are interested in learning communication skills that they can use with themselves/others, boundaries, taming anxiety, or healing from trauma that stems from race, gender, sexuality, interpersonal relationships, and intergenerational family dynamics. If you are looking for a therapist who values authenticity, humor, and won't ask you to censor yourself, that is me. I strive to create a grounded, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where you can express yourself freely.

My approach to therapy is genuine and holistic, incorporating client-centered, trauma-informed, body oriented, reflective, introspective, educational and/or attachment-based practices. I try to tailor my approaches to best fit the needs of my individual clients depending on their current capacity. I will challenge, empower, and cheer you on in this journey.
