About

I am a registered art therapist (trauma-sensitive), Neurodivergent COACH, special education consultant and offer college career guidance. My therapeutic specializations are trauma, grief/loss and Neurobiology. My approach focuses on generational trauma, and historical grief/loss utilizing the polyvagal theory in conjunction with the creative process. I am also a special education consultant focusing on gifted, neurodivergent population (ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, ASD), and state evaluator for Talented in the Arts. I guide parents though the process of developing Individual Education Plans for charter and private schools.
As a trauma-sensitive art therapist I incorporate neuroscience, art and movement into my practice. My specialty is neurological disorders from trauma to the neurodiversity population. I use bottom up and horizontal approaches to help client(s) integrate trauma both past and acute. I guide and teach clients how to regulate their nervous system.
I practice an indigenous psychological philosophy, which addresses generational trauma, historical grief/loss. Unresolved traumas, grief, and loss may develop into PTSD and at times may be passed down from one generation to another. Trauma is ancestral, individual, and collective. I guide clients towards trauma integration.
